Official letter of invitation from the applicant’s partner company in Ecuador stating the duration and the purpose of the meeting. If the finances of the applicant are to be taken up by the applicant’s employer or the partner company in Ecuador, it should be clearly stated in the letter of invitation. The Certificate of Business Registration of the Ecuadorean company is required. If there have been any previous business dealings between you and the company you are meeting with, proof of this is required. Applicants should submit a health/accident insurance that covers duration of stay. Proof that shows that the applicant does not have any criminal record. A passport with a validity of at least six months from the departure date should be submitted. The Eritrean business visa has a validity of 90 days. The visa takes about 15 working days for processing. applicants are advised to make their application at least 1 month before the proposed date of travel. Company registration fees are 500 baht per 100,000 baht of registered capital. The minimum fee is 5,000 baht; the maximum is 250,000 baht. Businesses are liable to income tax registration. The Certificate of Business Registration and the Income Tax Return of the host company is required. A letter from the applicant’s employer in Kenya stating the awareness of business leave and continuing employment after the duration of the leave is required. The purpose and duration of the leave should be stated in the letter. An official letter of invitation from the applicant’s partner company on Honduras signed by an authorized signatory of the company is required. The letter should state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s trip. If you are self-employed, the Certificate of Business Registration and a copy of Income Tax Return of the company is required. If the host company in Honduras or your employer will be responsible for your finances during your time in the country, it should be stated in the business letter. Proof of any previous dealing with the company you are meeting with should be provided. Receipt of payment of visa application fee should be provided. Kenyans should have proof that they have the incentive of returning to their country at the expiry of their visa.

The Mongolian Business Visa is issued to foreigners who have the intention of visiting Mongolia for various business activities. The business visa has three types; B visa, HG visa and T visa.             - B Visa:  is a single entry business visa valid for thirty days.             - HG visa:  is a single entry business visa valid for a year.             - T visa:  is a multiple entry visa  valid for six months to a year. It can be renewed annually. The applicant must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond stay, and also a round trip or onward ticket. During business meetings with their partners in Mongolia, businessmen and women can negotiate and sign business contracts. Applicants of this visa can also attend trade fairs, conferences and business summits. Kenyans traveling to the country to attend conferences should ensure they register for the conference before traveling to the country. Letter of employment from the applicant’s employer in Kenya should be provided. The letter should state the applicant’s job position, the duration and the purpose of the applicant’s visit. An invitation letter from the company you will be meeting up with in Mongolia is required. The letter should contain the company’s contact details and the purpose of the applicant’s visit. A copy of certificate of state registration, and certificate of a foreign incorporation is required from the sending company. The party responsible for financing the applicant's travel expenses should be stated in the business letter provided. A copy of the inviting company’s tax record is required. Receipt of payment of the visa application fee should be provided. An extension to this visa will be granted for up to 30 days once in six months. It is advised that you start an application for residency permit as soon as you arrive into Mongolia.

The business visa is issued to Kenyan traders, executives, representatives of enterprises & industries going to Venezuela in order to accomplish business activities and/or commercial and financial transactions or any other lucrative activity related to their business. The Venezuelan business visa is valid for one (1) year with multiple entries. Its holder is allowed to stay in the country for a non-renewable period of up to 180 days. The applicant's company must provide proof of registration.  A cover letter must be provided, and the letter must include the following: It must be written on the company's letterhead. The travelers position with the company Purpose of travel. Reference to be visited in Venezuela. Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. The letter must state if the host company will take up applicant's expenses. Original recommendation from the chamber of commerce in Venezuela must be provided. Income tax for the last three months must be provided. An invitation letter from the host company must be provided. Confirmation of return ticket must be provided, this is to show that the applicant have the intention of returning back to their country.

There is a departure tax for short-term visitors, which is typically included in the cost of a traveler’s airfare. Having the business  visa does not guarantee entry into costa rica. Entry into costa rica is dependent on the immigration officer at the port of entry. Kenyans who have business  visa to USA , Canada , South Korea , Japan , countries in the European Union and / or Schengen visa stamped on their passport, valid for at least three months, could without consular visa enter Costa Rica , and enjoy the same conditions of entry as a Kenyan who has being granted a Costarican tourist visa.
