This visa is for business-oriented travelers who want to improve the relationship between themselves and their partners in Libya. An official letter of invitation from the applicants' business partner is required. The letter should state the duration and the purpose of the applicant’s visit and must be signed by an authorized signatory. A letter from the applicants' company, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicants' employment status, and clearly stating the nature of the business to be conducted in the country is required. The letter should also state who will be financially responsible for the applicant in the Dominican Republic and must provide detailed contact information. Applicants of this visa must provide a document which shows a clean criminal record. This document must be issued within the past year. A medical report stating that the applicant is free of any communicable or contagious diseases. The report must be translated into Spanish. Foreigners should ensure they are vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to the Dominican Republic.

A passport with a validity of six months from the proposed date of departure should be submitted. Applicants are to fill, sign and submit the visa application form to the embassy of Equatorial Guinea. A letter from the applicants' employer in Kenya, containing the details, and nature of the business of the to be conducted addressed to the Consulate of Equatorial Guinea is required.  An invitation letter from the company in Equatorial Guinea should be provided. Kenyans visiting Georgia for the above purposes can also apply for an eVisa. Business travelers in Georgia are not prohibited from attending trade fairs, conferences, and business summits while they are in the country. Applicants of this visa attending conferences in Georgia are advised to register for the conferences before traveling. Proof of registration is required during visa application. A letter from the applicant’s employer confirming allowance and awareness of business leave is required. If you will be traveling with an underage child, the original copy of the child’s birth certificate is required. Applicants of this visa should note that they cannot receive payment for the services they render in Georgia.

The Marshall Islands business visa is issued to Kenyans planning to travel to the country for business. A recent 2 x 2" passport photograph is required. Applicants of this visa can negotiate and sign contracts during business meetings with their partners. Foreigners can also attend conferences, business summits and trade fairs while in the country on this visa. Applicants who would be attending conferences in the country should ensure they register for the conference before traveling to the Marshall Islands. A letter from the applicant’s employer in Kenya stating the applicant’s job status, the length of employment and the duration of the applicant’s visit is needed. The contact details of the employer should also be stated in the letter. An official letter of invitation from the host company is required. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the nature of the business to be carried out in the country. The business letter should also state whether the host company or the sponsoring company will be responsible for the applicant’s finances in the Marshall Islands. Proof of previous business transactions between the host company and the sponsoring company should be provided, if any. Receipt that shows visa application fee has been paid in full is required. Documents which show that the applicant has the incentive of returning to Kenya is required. Proof of up-to-date routine vaccinations must be provided. Minors are required to submit the original copy of their birth certificate. A letter of consent signed by both the minor’s parents should be provided. Foreigners cannot receive payment for the services they render while they are in the country on this visa. On exit from the Marshall Islands, you are to pay a $20 tax. Children under the age of 12 and adults over the age of 60 are exempt from this requirement.

The Business Visa is issued to Kenyans who are visiting Bangladesh to engage in business activities. A Bangladesh business visa is usually issued with a six months validity and  can be extended for up to 3-5 years. Kenyans with this visa can negotiate and sign business contracts with their business partners in Bangladesh. Holders of this visa are allowed to attend conferences, business summits, and trade fairs while they are in Bangladesh. Free visas are granted only to holders of diplomatic, special and service passport or to Bangladeshi citizens holding a passport of another nation. Payments must be made directly at the Consular Office by draft ,cheque or cash. If you submitted your visa request via an ordinary mail or courier, you should contact the consular section for instructions on how to proceed with the payment. When traveling by air, all foreigners except children under the age of two must pay a departure tax. Kenyans cannot receive payment for the services they render while they are in Bangladesh. Proof of medical fitness should be submitted by the applicant.

Foreigners who intend to attend trade fairs, business summits and conferences in the country are free to do so. Proof of pre-registration of the conference to be attended by the applicant of this visa should be provided. A letter from the applicant’s employer is required. The letter should introduce the applicant, state the job position of the applicant, and state the duration of the business leave. An official letter of invitation from the host company should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory in the country. The full name of the applicants, passport details, and the duration and the purpose of the visit should be clearly stated in the letter. The business letter provided should state whether the finances of the applicant in the country would be taken up by the host company or the sponsoring company. Proof of previous business dealings between the two companies should be provided, if any. Foreigners in Yemen on this visa are not allowed to receive payments for the services they render. The receipt which shows that visa application has been paid in full should be provided. Proof of the incentive of returning to your country is required. If you are under the age of 18 years, the unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be provided. A notarized consent signed by both your parents should also be provided. If you are not a Kenyan, a copy of your residence permit is required.

Here are a list of activities the holder of a business visa can engage in while in the country: Attend business meetings and negotiations. Attend conferences, workshops and seminars. Participate in short-term training programs. Participate in art, music and dance events. If the purpose of your visit is to attend a conference in Sri Lanka, you are required to provide proof of registration for this conference during your application. After arrival to Sri Lanka, business visa holders who may wish to stay longer than three months may apply for an extension. An extension of up to 1 year can be granted, depending on the applicant's specific needs and conditions. A letter from the applicant’s employer confirming awareness and allowance of business leave is required. The letter should state the job position of the applicant and also state the duration and the purpose of the applicant’s visit. An official letter of invitation from the host company in Sri Lanka written on the company’s letterhead is required. The letter should state the job position of the applicant and also the duration and the purpose of the visit. The business letter must state whether the applicant’s employer or the host company in Sri Lanka will take up the responsibility of the applicant’s finances. If the applicant has previously been in business with the company he/she will be meeting in Sri Lanka, proof of this required. Minors are expected to be in possession of an unabridged original copy of their birth certificate, as well as a letter of consent signed by both their parents. International certificate of vaccination against yellow fever is required.

The Ukrainian business visa is for Kenyan business travelers and representatives of business organizations traveling to Ukraine for business purposes. Any foreigner planning a business trip to Ukraine should get official business visa on the basis of a business invitation. Such invitation should be issued on official letterhead containing company registration number, date, signature, full information about invited person, purpose of visit, company obligations etc. Kenyans traveling to Ukraine for a  conference meeting are required to show proof of pre-registration of the conference to be attended. Applicants should know that it is important to show d etails of travel arrangements. These must be provided as a copy of the flight confirmation showing exact entry and exit dates and locations. Business travelers must show evidence of available funds. This should be provided as a current bank statement no more than three months old, showing transactions for the last 3 month. Credit card statements are not accepted.  Travel ticket to return to the country of civic or permanent residence with fixed date is required.  Denial of the Ukrainian business visa might be based on the following: The applicant knowingly provided untrue information or other falsified documents. There is a threat to national security and public safety. There is no evidence confirming the purpose of intended stay in Ukraine. There are no documents enabling to establish the intention of the applicant to leave Ukraine prior to visa expiration.

An official letter of invitation from the host company in Niger should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory of the company. The letter should state the duration and nature of the business to be carried out. The valid contact address of the company should be included in the letter. Proof of any previous dealings between the sponsoring and the host company should be provided, if any. Proof of travel insurance must be provided, this shows that expenses of the trip and stay in Niger are all covered. Proof of return ticket and accommodation bookings must be provided. Receipt of paid visa application fee is required. Applicants are required to leave Niger once the duration of stay has expired. Foreigners are expected to return to their home country after their visa expires. Kenyans in Niger on the Business Visa are not allowed to receive payments for the services they render.

An invitation letter fr om the host company in Angola is required. The letter is to be written on the company’s letterhead and addressed to the Embassy of Angola stating the duration and purpose of the applicant's visit. The business letter must state whether the applicant’s employer or the host company in Angola will take up the responsibility of the applicant’s financial expenses. If there have been previous business dealings between the host and sponsoring company, proof of this should be submitted to the embassy. Applicants are to submit proof of payment of visa application fee. Applicants of this visa are expected to return to their home country at the expiry of this visa. Minors are expected to be in possession of the unabridged original copy of their birth certificate, as well as a letter of consent signed by both parents. Kenyans should be vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to Angola and a proof of this is required. A 60-day extension can be granted on this visa if an application is made for it.
