Here are the documents that needs to be provided by applicants:             -  A visa application form filled in capital letter.             - An original passport of over six-month validity from entry date.             - Two passport-sized color photograph with white background..             - Copy of the plane tickets and a confirmed hotel reservation. Foreigners who visit Morocco with the business Visa can attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits. Letter from the applicant’s employer written on the company’s letterhead should be provided. This letter should introduce the applicant, indicate the applicant’s position in the company and clearly state the purpose of visit to Morocco. A letter of invitation from the company in Pakistan is required. The duration of your trip and the purpose of the visit should be stated. Certificate of business registration of the company in Pakistan is required. If the company in Pakistan is going to be responsible for your finances in the country, it should be clearly stated in the letter of invitation. Proof of previous business dealings with the company should be provided if any. Receipt of payment of visa application fee should be provided. Kenyans should have proof that they have the incentive of returning to their country at the expiry of their visa. Applicants of this visa are advised to be vaccinated against yellow fever before applying.

Applicants of this Visa are business-oriented travelers who intend to engage in business activities in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian visa is of two types: Short-stay business visa, designated as the “Type C” visa. Long-term business visa, designated as the “Type D” visa. A Kenyan may obtain a Bulgarian Business visa on the ground of registering a limited company, branch or trade representative office in Bulgaria. The short-stay Bulgarian Business visa is a multi-entry visa allowing a stay of 90 days in Bulgaria. There are 3 primary instances for which a long-term Bulgarian Business visa (Type D visa) is issued: For registration of a Trade Representative Office in Bulgaria For registration of a Bulgarian company employing at least 10 local citizens for no fewer than 6 months. The most convenient and affordable way for a foreign national to obtain a “Type D” Bulgarian Business visa, and eventually a Bulgarian residence permit is by way of registering a trade representative office in Bulgaria. Business-oriented travelers who intend to engage in business activities during their stay in Azerbaijan are the eligible applicants of this visa. This visa enables travelers to negotiate and sign business contracts with their partner company in the country. Holders of this visa are also allowed to attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits. The Azerbaijan tourist visa is issued on a single ,double or multiple entry and a pplicants must indicate if they would be needing a single,double or multiple entry when applying for this visa. The multi entry visa allows a stay of 180 days with a processing time of 5-7 days. The certificate of registration for conferences that would be attended by applicants should be submitted if they intend attending conferences. An invitation letter from the company in Azerbaijan written with the company’s letterhead is required to be submitted during visa application. The letter should state the duration and purpose of your visit to the country. The company in Azerbaijan should state in the letter if it will be financially responsible for the applicant during his stay in the country. Applicant's employer should provide a letter which states allowance and awareness of the business leave. Applicant's job position, the name of the company, and the duration of business leave should also be stated in the letter. Certificate of business registration of the company in Azerbaijan should be submitted along with other documents. For Applicants who are self employed or private business owners, their certificate of business registration and proof of tax payment for the last six months should be provided. Proof of financial sufficiency for the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. If you are traveling with a minor, the unabridged original copy of the minor’s birth certificate and letter of consent from both parents is required. A proof of incentive of returning to your country at the expiration of your visa is to be submitted by the applicant. Applicants are to provide proof of paid visa application fee. A proof of medical fitness which shows that the applicant is free from any communicable disease is required. Foreigners are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment while they are in the country.

The Mali Business Visa is for Kenyans intending to visit Mali for business.  A Kenyan passport with at least six-month validity is required. During your time in the country, you can meet up with your business partners to negotiate and sign business contracts. Business travelers are permitted to attend conferences, trade fairs and business summits while they are in the country. Applicants who intend to attend conferences in the country are advised to register for the conference before they leave Kenya. The certificate of registration should be submitted with the necessary documents required. A business letter from the sending company in Kenya or the sponsoring company in Mali is required.  The business letter  from the sending company in Kenya must have the following requirements:             - Brief introduction of the applicant (that includes the position held in the company by the applicant)             - Nature of business to be conducted             - Guarantee of sufficient funds for the travel. A letter of invitation written on the company’s letterhead should be provided. The letter should state the duration and purpose of your visit. If the travel expenses of applicants would be taken care of by the company in Mali, it should be stated in the letter provided by the company. A letter from your current employer indicating your employment status and position held in the company is needed. This letter should also state the purpose of your visit to Mali. Certificate of business registration of the company in Mali should be submitted with other documents. Non-Kenyans should provide a copy of their stay permit in Kenya. If you are traveling with a minor, the unabridged original copy of minor’s birth certificate should be submitted. Applicants on this visa cannot be paid for the services they render while they are in the country. International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever is required.

This visa allows Kenyans visiting Paraguay to engage in various business activities. Business travelers are permitted to attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits while they are in the country. Applicants who plan to attend conferences in the country are advised to register for the conference before they leave Kenya. The certificate of registration should be submitted with the necessary documents required. Other documentations needed are: Two passport-sized photographs - must be recent and of  50  x 70 mm dimension. One copy of proof of residence, for example, your driver's license, birth or marriage certificate, etc. An original copy of your passport. Ensure the passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Certificate of business registration of the Kenyan company involved. One copy of flight itinerary showing the time, dates, activities, and entry and exit details from Paraguay.  A letter from your company stating the actual purpose of your trip to Paraguay and the intended duration of stay. This letter must be written on the company's letterhead. Minors should ensure the original copy of their birth certificate is submitted alongside the other required documents. A letter of consent signed by both their parents is also needed. Applicants cannot be paid for the services they render while they are in the country. Foreigners should ensure they have been vaccinated against yellow fever before their travel. Immunization against malaria is also important.

The Mexico business visa allows Kenyans visiting Mexico to engage in various business activities. Kenyans on this visa can attend business meetings and conferences, sign and negotiate business contracts with partner companies while in the country. A passport with at least six months validity must be provided. A recent passport photograph is also needed for the application. This photograph should be 2 x 2 inches in size, taken in color and against a white background. Applicants of this visa who intend to attend business conferences in the country are advised to register for the conference before they leave Kenya. The certificate of registration should be submitted with the other necessary documents required. A letter of invitation written on the company’s letterhead should be provided. The letter should state the duration and purpose of your visit to Mexico. A letter in Spanish from your company indicating that you are an employee and that the services you will provide in Mexico will be paid for by your company must be provided. If the travel expenses of the applicant will not be covered by the company, this should be expressly stated in the letter. The certificate of business registration of the inviting company in Mexico is required. Proof that you are a Kenyan resident must be provided. Non-citizens should provide a copy of their stay permit. Minors should ensure the original copy of their birth certificate is submitted with the other required documents. A letter of consent signed by both their parents is also required. Applicants on this visa cannot be paid for the services they render while they are in the country. You are required to leave Mexico at the expiration of your visa.

Foreigners traveling to Peru for business purposes need to secure a business visa. Holders of the Peru business visa can negotiate and sign business contracts while they are in the country. They can also engage in other business-related activities, such as attending conferences, summits and trade fairs. Unlike the tourist visa, the Peru business visa is a multiple-entry visa. A business introduction letter is required of the visa applicant. A letter of invitation from the host company must also be provided. This letter must include:             - Your full name, date of birth, nationality and intended dates of travel.             - The name of the host organization, their address and phone number.             - The purpose and nature of your visit in detail.             - Number of intended entries and length of validity of the visa. Copy of Kenyan residence permit must be provided. The certificate of business registration of the company in Peru is required. Even though the business visa is a multiple-entry visa, it cannot be extended after it expires. Proof of previous business dealings with the Peruvian company must be provided, if any. Receipt of payment of visa application fee should also be provided. A police report stating that you have not been convicted before is required.

The Iraqi business visa enables Kenyans to engage in business activities whilst they are in Iraq. There are two types of Iraqi business visa: Single-entry visa: this visa is valid for three months. Multiple-entry visa: this visa is valid for six months to one year. A letter from your employer in Kenya addressed to the Consulate of Iraq stating the nature of the business to be conducted, as well as, the name of the company you will be conducting business with. An official letter of invitation from your partner company in Iraq  written on the company’s letterhead and stating the purpose,  and duration of the applicants' visit. The letter must contain the following: Nature of business to be performed. Name and address of reference to be visited. The letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required. Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. If the Iraqi company is going to be responsible for your expenses in the country, it should be stated in the invitation letter. Certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Iraq. Medical report is required to be submitted for business visa for Iraq for the Tests of CBC, HIV, hepatitis and Vaccination of malaria.

The Business Visa enables Kenyans to engage in business activities while they are in Albania. Business visas are majorly type D  and they are multiple entry visas. Applicants of these visa may sign and negotiate business contracts during their time in the country. Foreigners on this visa are free to attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits in Albania. Travelers on this visa are entitled to stay for a maximum period of 90 days out of a 180-day period, from their date of first entry.  The best time to apply for your Albania visa is 1-2 months before your travel date. The Albania visa is stamped on your passport and will become one of your passport pages. Visa request cannot be processed without your original passport. Applicants are to submit a letter from your employer in Kenya stating the nature of the business to be conducted, as well as the name of the company you will be conducting business with Afghanistan. An official letter of invitation from your partner company in Albania should be sent to the embassy and this should be written on the company’s letterhead.   This letter should state the location of the company, purpose, and duration of the applicant’s visit. If the visit is sponsored by the host company, it should be stated in the invitation letter. The company in Afghanistan should also submit its certificate of business registration to the embassy or consulate. If you have been engaged in business activities with the company previously, proof of this should be provided. Foreigners in Albania on this visa are not allowed to work while they are in the country. Receipt of payment of visa application fee should be provided by the applicant. Applicants of these visa are advised to be vaccinated against yellow fever before applying.

The Russia business visa allows Kenyan travelers to partake in business activities while in Russia. Business visas can be: single- or double-entry - valid for up to 3 months. multiple-entry - valid for up to 1 year or up to 3 years in some cases. The number of entries allowed depends on the  applicant's specific travel conditions. According to Russian law, the complete term of stay in Russia on a business visa should not exceed 90 days on a single visit within each 180 days. Business visas can be extended only in exceptional cases (such as a serious illness). Note that an extension can only be granted on the request of your visa sponsor/host. Each issued visa must be approved by either the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be fully valid. Your employer in Kenya should provide a letter which states that he or she is aware of your business leave. The position you hold in the company and how long you have been employed for should also be stated in the letter. Foreigners coming to Russia as official speakers at a conference will also need to secure a business visa. Business travelers to Russia should be able to fully demonstrate they have enough money to comfortably spend £100 daily for their entire stay in the Russian Federation. An HIV test is usually required during the business visa application process. It might take up to 20 working days for your Russian business visa application to be ready.
