This visa is for Kenyans who intend to engage in business activities in Belarus. This visa allows its applicants to negotiate and sign business contracts in the country. The Belarusian business visa can either be short or long term. Kenyans on this visa can attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits during their  travel to Belarus. If you are applying for a year multiple-entry visa, you must provide (1) an  original  Letter of Invitation from Belarus, (2) a  notarized or original  Certificate of Registration of the company in Belarus, and (3) a contract with the company in Belarus (all pages must be  notarized ). Belarusian business visa are usually  issued with a multi entry and  can either be a Type C or D visa. Applicants cannot receive payment for services rendered to the locals in the country. Employed applicants are to submit a letter written by their  employer on the company’s letterhead stating that their business leave has been approved. The duration and purpose of your trip should be stated in the letter. An invitation letter from your business partner in Belarus stating the length of your visit and the reason for your visit is required.  The letter written by your host in Belarus should state whether they would be financially responsible for your trip or not. This visa is for Kenyans with the intention to study in one of the institutions of learning in Belarus. A letter of admission/acceptance from the school is to be submitted to the embassy. The letter of acceptance should be written on the school’s letterhead and signed by the head of the institution.
