This visa is issued to Kenyans intending to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina for the purpose of leisure and tourism. Bearers of this visa allows foreigners to attend events and festivals in the country. Applicants are advised to be cautious  whilst in Bosnia due to increased activities of terrorism and  explosion of landmines. Kenyans traveling with funds exceeding 10,000 euros or equivalent must declare it on arrival. Applicants are required to submit a police report from their local police department certifying they have no criminal record issued within 6 months of the application Applicants intending to exceed the 90 days validity period must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP). Documentation and Application for the TRP   (Temporary  Residence Permit) must be done on arrival. Applicants are  to provide proof of travel insurance or an equivalent of 30,000usd.  Applicants are advised to verify  ticket reservations with airlines before travel. A letter stating the relationship and with the host as well as the contact address should be provided.  Self-employed applicants are required to present a letter from their employer confirming their employment. The letter should state the name of the company and the duration of the leave. Applicants should ensure they have a copy of their Kenyan resident permit. Minors should ensure they have the original copy of their birth certificate bearing both names of the parent. If the minor is traveling alone or with one of his/her parent, a notarized consent signed by both the parents is required. Foreigners who intend to board a connecting flight from Bosnia and Herzegovina to their destination country are eligible for this visa.
