Business Visa from Kenya to Bosnia and Herzegovina Description

  • Kenyans travelling for business purposes are the eligible candidates for this visa. 
  • Foreigners who travel to Bosnia on this visa are allowed to negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners in the country.
  • Applicants are free to attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits whilst they are in the country.
  • Kenyans who will be attending conferences in the country should  provide proof of registration for the conference during application.
  • Applicants passport validity should be at least 3 months past the planned date of return.
  • Applicants carrying cash beyond 10,000 euros must declare it on arrival.
  • The processing time of this visa is 15 days.
  • The validity of the business visa is 90 days.
  • A letter from your employer confirming awareness and allowance of your business leave is required. The letter should contain the applicants' official designation, terms of employment, and the duration of the leave.
  • An official letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with in Bosnia should be provided. The letter should include the official contact address, the duration of your trip, and the purpose of your visit.
  • If you are self-employed, the certificate of business registration of your company and a copy of internal tax return is required.
  • The party that will be responsible for the applicants’ finances in the country should be stated in the letter of invitation.
  •  Proof of previous business dealings between you and your partner company is required.
  • Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.
  • A document which shows that the applicant has the incentive of returning to Kenya should be provided.
  • You must abide by all the rules guiding this visa.

Business Visa from Kenya to Bosnia and Herzegovina Requirements

  • A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date with 2 blank pages for visa stamp.

  • Duly completed and signed visa application form.

  • For minor applicants, the parents or legal guardians are required to sign the application form.

  • Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken in white background.

  • Travel document must be complete.

  • Proof of financial capability.

  • Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.

  • Copy of return flight ticket.

  • Documentation showing applicants' ties to home country.

  • A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.

  • Medical insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.

  • Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.

  • Copy of travel itinerary.
