The Aruba business visa is issued to Kenyans who intend to travel to Aruba for business purposes. A Caribbean visa application form should be obtained and filled to be able to enter Aruba. A letter from your host company stating their awareness, purpose and duration of your visit should be sent to the consulate. The host company should attach a copy of their certificate of registration in Aruba to the letter. The letter should state if the host company in Aruba would be financially responsible for the applicant’s expenses in Aruba or not. For individuals that own private businesses, there should be a proof of business ownership and the location of the business establishment. Proof of tax payment for at least the past six months should also be included.  Applicants who are employed would require their employer to submit a letter which states their awareness of your leave, duration and type of business to be carried out. The letter should be written on the company’s letter head. Applicants are to provide proof of hotel reservation/accommodation for their duration of stay. Proof of financial sufficiency for the period of stay should be submitted by applicant. Applicants are required to provide a copy of travel itinerary. Intending travelers must ensure that they follow the required vaccination procedures and produce a document of vaccination as proof. Applicants should also have a written permit that shows that their presence in Aruba is allowed.  If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required. A notarized consent signed by both the minor’s parents should also be submitted. Proof of payment of visa application fee is required from the applicant. Proof of medical fitness should be submitted. This should also be attached with a proof of Yellow Fever vaccination by the applicant.

This Business Visa is granted to high ranking executives of multi-national and foreign companies who have an aim of formulating business ties with Colombia.  The business visa allows a  short period of visit to Colombia. Kenyans can only apply online for a Colombia business visa.  The application process is done online.  The visa allows for multiple entries for up to six months at each visa.  Holders of the business visa are not allowed to reside in Colombia.  This visa is also for you if you are going to visit business partners The Colombia business visa is sub-divided into four types:       The NE1: is meant for foreigners who wish to gain entry for the sole purpose of conducting business, foster economic exchanges, invest and create business.        The NE2:  allows foreigners to gain entry temporarily as business persons for infrastructure within Colombia which includes free trade agreements, promote businesses, develop investment, and established a commercial presence.         The NE3: enables foreigners who are government officials to gain entry to promote commercial and economic exchanges in or with Colombia        The NE4 is for foreigners who are senior executives or presidents of a multinational company in order to invest or generate business.  The business visa is granted for a maximum of three years.  The visa can be renewed for a period of two years, which only depends on the job contract. A letter from a company within Colombia showing it has invited the foreigner for a visit, stating the company as the sponsor and would be responsible for the expenses of the applicants while in Colombia.  A certificate of existence of the company inviting the applicant for a visit to Colombia is to be provided.

Kenyans who intend to travel to Macedonia for business purposes (business meetings, conferences, trade fairs, etc.) are eligible to apply for the business visa. A valid Kenyan passport with at least 3 months validity beyond the date you intend to leave Macedonia is needed for your visa application. You are required to present a notarized letter of invitation from your host in Macedonia (partner company). If there exist previous trade relations between your company and the partner company, such as bills of lading, payment receipts for goods delivered or such documents, you should provide these documents. A business letter from your employer, written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorised officer in your company should also be presented. The letter should state your full name, your position in the company, the purpose of your travel and how long your trip should take. The letter should also state the awareness of your leave and when you are expected to resume back to work as well as a guarantee that the company will cover all your travel expenses. A travel medical insurance for Macedonia showing coverage for the entire duration of your stay in the country must be presented. A copy of your hotel reservation for the entire duration of your stay in Macedonia should be submitted. The Macedonian business visa allows a stay of up to 90 days after which you are expected to leave the country. Failure to do this could attract penalties.
