You also cannot take up a course to study in one of the institutions of learning in Vietnam. If you are traveling with a minor, the unabridged original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required. Applicants are expected to be vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to Vietnam.

Travelers on this visa can freely negotiate business deals and sign contracts while in the country. Foreigners can only set up business in the form of a limited company or corporations.  When setting up a business, the minimum capital requirement for a limited company is 25,500 euros. The minimum capital requirement for a corporation is 77,000 euros. Both the types of companies must be registered by public deed and signed before a San Marino notary. Certificate of Business Registration and a copy of Income Tax Return should be by submitted by applicant’s who are self-employed.
