Business Visa from Kenya to Honduras
- Business travelers are the eligible applicants for this visa. These people have the intention of engaging in various business activities in Honduras.
- Foreigners during their business meetings with the partners in the country can negotiate and sign business contracts.
- Kenyans can attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits during their country.
- If you will be attending a conference in Honduras, you will need to register and obtain a permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Honduras.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer in Kenya stating the awareness of business leave and continuing employment after the duration of the leave is required. The purpose and duration of the leave should be stated in the letter.
- An official letter of invitation from the applicant’s partner company on Honduras signed by an authorized signatory of the company is required. The letter should state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s trip.
- If you are self-employed, the Certificate of Business Registration and a copy of Income Tax Return of the company is required.
- If the host company in Honduras or your employer will be responsible for your finances during your time in the country, it should be stated in the business letter.
- Proof of any previous dealing with the company you are meeting with should be provided.
- Receipt of payment of visa application fee should be provided.
- Kenyans should have proof that they have the incentive of returning to their country at the expiry of their visa.
