This visa is for Kenyans whose purpose of traveling to South Africa is to take up paid employment. The visa application form of applicants should be accompanied with proof of acknowledgment from the Department of Labor. A letter of employment from your future employer should be provided. The letter should state the address of the company and your job position. The contract of employment, that determines the conditions of employment and is signed by both the employer and employee. This document should be in line with the labor norms in South Africa. Your employer should prove that you will not be paid lower than the average salary and benefits of citizens that have the same job in the country. Before you are offered this job, you must have proof that you have the required qualifications and experience that suits the job. Your future employer must provide a document showing proof that there was no South African willing and available to take up the job. Proof of skills evaluated by SAQA and translated by a denominated translator into one of the official languages of South Africa. Proof of registration of the business with the Commission on Intellectual Property and Companies (CIPC) of your future employer. Your family members are allowed to come visit you, but they are required to apply for a South African relative visa. This visa is  valid for a minimum period of 24 months and may be extended. For applicants 18 years and older, a police clearance certificate is required. A medical and radiological report of applicants is required.

The Chilean work visa is issued to Kenyans who are travelling to Chile for work purposes. This visa allows Kenyans to travel to Chile to take up paid work. The Work Visa has a maximum duration of two years. The Chilean work visa must be sponsored by a registered Chilean company. There is also the resident visa subject to dependent contract, it is granted to the family members of the owner of a Work Visa, with a similar duration and does not allow work. A letter from the employer in Chile directed to the Consulate of Chile that justifies the hiring of the applicant. A letter from your employer in Chile should be sent to the Chilean consulate justifying your employment. A copy of the applicants work contract with the Chilean company should be submitted(it should be notarized and translated).  A police report showing that the applicant does not have any criminal record should be submitted. Applicants are to submit documents/certificates that show that he is qualified for the job. The employer should provide a proof that there was no Chilean qualified and willing to take the job being offered. A notarized work contract written with the Chilean legal norms signed by both the employer and the employee. This document should be translated to Chilean. The applicant is required to provide a police certificate which shows a clean criminal record. A medical certificate from your doctor in Kenya showing that you do have any diseases. The contracting company must provide her VAT payment corresponding to the last three months and the workers’ forecast from the corresponding time. Applicants who do not have the right qualification may not be issued this visa.

Kenyans who do not have the required qualification that matches the job they have been offered will not be granted this visa. The employing company in the country must provide proof that there was no citizen of Mongolia willing to take up the job before you were offered the job position. Applicants of this visa may be a senior manager who wants to work in a joint venture, branch, or its representative office. Upon arrival to Mongolia, applicants must register with the  Immigration Agency within 7 days, obtain a residence card within 21 days and obtain work permit within 10 business days. Before you obtain the work permit, your work visa application must include the following;            - Cover letter            - The company's copy of  state registration, certificate of  foreign incorporation as well as a special permission to employ foreigners.            - Copy of passport pages clearly containing passport number, date of issue, expiry date, your name and date of birth.             - Copy of marriage certificate and birth certificate of  family members, if applicable. The work visa can be extended up to 30 days once in six months. Holders of this visa are eligible for long-term residence permit. This is to be arranged with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. A fee of 216,000 MNT per month is payable to the ministry in advance plus 60,000 MNT application fee.

Applicants have to declare their commitment to obey local laws (in Portuguese). Applicant should provide resume and necessary qualification to the Angolan Embassy in Portuguese. Applicants should provide a criminal record. Kenyans should ensure that they are vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to Angola. Proof of payment of the visa application form should be presented during the visa application process. This visa can be extended for another 60 days after it expires.

The Macedonian work visa is a long-stay visa (Visa D) that is issued to foreign nationals for the following reasons: employment or self-employment  attending school or studies participation in international student/pupil exchange programs specialization, vocational education, or practical training scientific research medical treatment family reunification humanitarian grounds The long-stay visa is valid for 6 months but allows a maximum stay of 30 days. This means that you can use this visa to enter Macedonia once within 6 months from the day it was issued but cannot stay in the country for more than 30 days. If issued the long-stay visa for one of the above reasons, you are required to report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 5 days of your entry into Macedonia where you will be issued a temporary residence permit within 25 days from the day you report (that is, before your visa expires). To apply for the long-stay visa, you must accurately complete and sign the long-stay visa application form and submit it with a colored passport photo taken with a white background.  To apply for a temporary residence permit, your application should be submitted to the diplomatic/consular mission of the Republic of Macedonia in your country, a diplomatic/consular mission with which Macedonia has a joint representation agreement or the Macedonian mission in the nearest country. The following documents are required with your application for a temporary residence permit: proof of sufficient funds to cater to your financial needs while in Macedonia. Evidence of accommodation or means to secure accommodation in Macedonia. A travel medical insurance covering the entire duration of your stay in Macedonia is required. Evidence that you satisfy the condition to be eligible for a temporary residence permit, such as a work permit, letter of admission (for students), proof of language skills, contract for scientific research or any such supporting document. A Kenyan passport valid for at least three months longer than your intended stay in Macedonia. You should note that the application for the temporary residence permit should be made before travelling to Macedonia although the permit will be issued when you get to the country.
