This visa is for Kenyans whose purpose of traveling to South Africa is to take up paid employment. The visa application form of applicants should be accompanied with proof of acknowledgment from the Department of Labor. A letter of employment from your future employer should be provided. Proof of registration of the business with the Commission on Intellectual Property and Companies (CIPC) of your future employer. Your family members are allowed to come visit you, but they are required to apply for a South African relative visa. This visa is  valid for a minimum period of 24 months and may be extended. For applicants 18 years and older, a police clearance certificate is required. A medical and radiological report of applicants is required.

The Work Visa allows Kenyans to take up paid employment in Belarus. Applicants of this visa are to ensure that they have be given employment before starting the application process. Kenyans are required to submit a letter of employment from their employers stating the name of the company and position offered. The company in Belarus should also submit a proof that the employee will not be paid below the minimum wage during the period of your employment. Kenyans who do not have the right qualification that matches the job they have been offered will not be issued this visa. The Belarus company must provide proof that there was no citizen of Belarus available to take up the job you were offered. Applicants who have been previously convicted may be refused the work visa. Applicants travelling with minors are required to submit the original copy of the minors birth certificate along with a letter of consent signed by both your parents. Applicants are to submit a proof of medical fitness and Yellow Fever vaccination.

This visa allows Kenyans to travel to Argentina for paid employment. Kenyans applying for this visa should ensure they have been offered a job in Argentina before initiating the application process. A letter, written on the company's letter and stating the address of the company and the applicant's job description is required from the employing company in Argentina. A copy of your employment contract which determines the terms of employment and signed by both the employer and the employee is  to be submitted. A proof from your employer stating that there was no Argentine willing and available to take up the job before you were offered the job should be submitted to the embassy/consulate. Applicants of this visa who do not have the right qualification that matches the job they have been offered may not be issued this visa. Proof from your employer that you will not be paid below the country's minimum wage should be submitted to the embassy/consulate. If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate and a notarized consent signed by both parents must be provided. A medical report from your local doctor stating that you are in good health should be submitted. All applicants are to appear in person for their interview at the embassy/consulate.

The Chilean work visa is issued to Kenyans who are travelling to Chile for work purposes. This visa allows Kenyans to travel to Chile to take up paid work. The Work Visa has a maximum duration of two years. The Chilean work visa must be sponsored by a registered Chilean company. There is also the resident visa subject to dependent contract, it is granted to the family members of the owner of a Work Visa, with a similar duration and does not allow work. A letter from the employer in Chile directed to the Consulate of Chile that justifies the hiring of the applicant. A letter from your employer in Chile should be sent to the Chilean consulate justifying your employment. A copy of the applicants work contract with the Chilean company should be submitted(it should be notarized and translated).  A police report showing that the applicant does not have any criminal record should be submitted. Applicants are to submit documents/certificates that show that he is qualified for the job. The employer should provide a proof that there was no Chilean qualified and willing to take the job being offered. A notarized work contract written with the Chilean legal norms signed by both the employer and the employee. This document should be translated to Chilean. The applicant is required to provide a police certificate which shows a clean criminal record. A medical certificate from your doctor in Kenya showing that you do have any diseases. The contracting company must provide her VAT payment corresponding to the last three months and the workers’ forecast from the corresponding time. Applicants who do not have the right qualification may not be issued this visa.

This visa is issued to Kenyans who are visiting Congo to take up paid employment. Foreigners applying for this visa type should endure they have been offered employment by an employer in Congo before applying for this visa. Applicants are required to present a letter of employment from their employer in Congo. The letter should state the position the applicant has been employed to fill in the company. If you do not possess the necessary qualification for the job you have been offered by the company in Congo, you will not be issued this visa. Proof from the company in Congo that there was no Congolese available to take up the job at the time you were offered this job should be provided. The employment contract signed by both the employer and the employee which shows that you will not be paid below the minimum wage is required. A copy of the Certificate of Business Registration and Income Tax Return should be submitted. If you will be traveling with a minor, the original birth certificate bearing both names of the minor’s parents should be presented. Also, a notarized consent signed by both parents of the applicant is required. Proof of payment of visa application fee is required. Immunization for yellow fever is mandatory.

Foreigners applying for this visa intend to take up paid work while in Mongolia. Applicants of the work visa should ensure they have been offered employment in an organization in the country before initiating the visa application process. A letter of employment from the applicant’s future employer in Mongolia stating the position the applicant has been offered is needed. Kenyans who do not have the required qualification that matches the job they have been offered will not be granted this visa. The employing company in the country must provide proof that there was no citizen of Mongolia willing to take up the job before you were offered the job position. Applicants of this visa may be a senior manager who wants to work in a joint venture, branch, or its representative office. Upon arrival to Mongolia, applicants must register with the  Immigration Agency within 7 days, obtain a residence card within 21 days and obtain work permit within 10 business days. Before you obtain the work permit, your work visa application must include the following;            - Cover letter            - The company's copy of  state registration, certificate of  foreign incorporation as well as a special permission to employ foreigners.            - Copy of passport pages clearly containing passport number, date of issue, expiry date, your name and date of birth.             - Copy of marriage certificate and birth certificate of  family members, if applicable. The work visa can be extended up to 30 days once in six months. Holders of this visa are eligible for long-term residence permit. This is to be arranged with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. A fee of 216,000 MNT per month is payable to the ministry in advance plus 60,000 MNT application fee.

This visa is issued to Kenyans who have been offered employment in one of the companies in Bangladesh. Applicants should ensure that they have been offered a job by an employer in the country before they start the application. An employment letter signed by your employer in Bangladesh stating the terms of the employment is required. Proof that your employer will not pay you below the national minimum wage being paid to the citizens of Bangladesh should be submitted. Your employer should provide proof that there was no citizen of Bangladesh willing and available to take up the job. applicants are to provide a copy of the work permit from Bangladesh. Kenyans who do not have the right qualification for the job they have been offered will not be issued this visa.  A certificate from the BID(Bangladesh Institute of Development) is to be submitted to the embassy employer. Kenyans traveling with a minor are to submit the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate. A notarized consent signed by both parent of the minor should also be submitted.

The Work Visa is issued to Kenyans who have been offered employment by an employer in Angola. Applicants of this visa should confirm that they have been employed by the employer before initiating the visa application. A copy of the contract letter signed by both the employer and the employee is required from the applicant. This letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should also state the terms of employment.   Applicants should make 3 copies of passport pages that contain any migration information or stamps. The employer should provide proof that there was no Angolan willing and available to take up the job before the applicant was offered this job. A proof that the applicant will not be paid below the minimum wage during the period of employment is also required. Kenyans who do not have the right qualification that matches the job they have been offered will not be issued this visa.  Applicants should undergo a medical at an accredited institution and submit a certificate that proves your good health. Applicants have to declare their commitment to obey local laws (in Portuguese). Applicant should provide resume and necessary qualification to the Angolan Embassy in Portuguese. Applicants should provide a criminal record. Kenyans should ensure that they are vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to Angola. Proof of payment of the visa application form should be presented during the visa application process. This visa can be extended for another 60 days after it expires.

Applicants of the business visa do so with the intention of meeting up with business partners in the country for business purposes. Personal details displayed on the passport must be consistent in all submitted documents. Expiration date of the passport may affect the expiration date of the work permit. The Macedonian work visa is a long-stay visa (Visa D) that is issued to foreign nationals for the following reasons: employment or self-employment  attending school or studies participation in international student/pupil exchange programs specialization, vocational education, or practical training scientific research medical treatment family reunification humanitarian grounds The long-stay visa is valid for 6 months but allows a maximum stay of 30 days. This means that you can use this visa to enter Macedonia once within 6 months from the day it was issued but cannot stay in the country for more than 30 days. If issued the long-stay visa for one of the above reasons, you are required to report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 5 days of your entry into Macedonia where you will be issued a temporary residence permit within 25 days from the day you report (that is, before your visa expires). To apply for the long-stay visa, you must accurately complete and sign the long-stay visa application form and submit it with a colored passport photo taken with a white background.  To apply for a temporary residence permit, your application should be submitted to the diplomatic/consular mission of the Republic of Macedonia in your country, a diplomatic/consular mission with which Macedonia has a joint representation agreement or the Macedonian mission in the nearest country. The following documents are required with your application for a temporary residence permit: proof of sufficient funds to cater to your financial needs while in Macedonia. Evidence of accommodation or means to secure accommodation in Macedonia. A travel medical insurance covering the entire duration of your stay in Macedonia is required. Evidence that you satisfy the condition to be eligible for a temporary residence permit, such as a work permit, letter of admission (for students), proof of language skills, contract for scientific research or any such supporting document. A Kenyan passport valid for at least three months longer than your intended stay in Macedonia. You should note that the application for the temporary residence permit should be made before travelling to Macedonia although the permit will be issued when you get to the country.
