This visa allows Kenyans to take up a job while in New Zealand. Those eligible for this visa are those who have been offered a job in New Zealand and are available to work. Whether you are a sports player, a professional coach, specialist installer or home maintenance worker, you will need a work visa to legally work in New Zealand. The passport used in your application must be original and valid for  at least three months beyond your stay in New Zealand. For a New Zealand work visa to be issued, the applicant must be between 18 and 30 years of age. Work visa applicants are not allowed to bring along children. If, during this period, the employer – Norway company cannot find a suitable candidate for the vacancy, the foreigner may then submit documents for the issue of a work permit in Norway. You must be ready to show documents proving your country status and competency, e.g., educational certificates, practical training, diplomas, birth certificates, marriage certificate etc. You must have proof of work experience. A medical record showing your physical and mental health must be provided. Details of work duration, titles and roles are also important. The employer must make sure the foreigner has documents proving their qualifications   (diplomas,  certificates, etc.).

This visa can be issued to foreigners who aim to be employed by an employer in Romania. Kenyans traveling to Romania may seek employment as seasonal workers. Skilled Kenyans employed by legal persons with registered office in Kenya may work in Romania in compliance with the Romanian laws. The visa allows Kenyans to enter the territory of Romania to apply at the Ministry of Internal Affairs – General Inspectorate for Immigration, for the extension of the right of temporary stay and for a residence permit. A letter confirming that you have been offered the job in Romania should be provided. The position you will be taking and the company’s address should be provided. Employers are to provide proof that there was no Romanian willing and available to take up the job at the time the foreigner was employed. Proof of financial means of support equal to the minimum gross salary guaranteed in payment for the entire period must be inscribed on your visa. Foreigners who are to be paid below the minimum wage by their employer will not be issued this visa. You are required to provide a proof of a clean criminal record. You must abide by all the rules guiding your visa.
