The work visa is issued to foreigners who have been offered employment by a Chinese company. Holding a work visa is the only legal way to work in china. Securing a work permit is the first step to obtaining a Chinese work visa(z). The Z visa is a single entry visa and its validity is at the discretion of the embassy. Holders of the Z visa should enter China within 90 days after the visa is issued and must register at a local public security bureau within 30 days of arrival. A resident permit will be issued to the holder by the  bureau as a replacement for the Z visa. The resident permit unlike the Z visa allow for multiple entry into China for a duration of 1 year. Applicants are to submit their passport with a validity of not less than 12 months from date of departure. Kenyans working without a work visa or using a different visa type to work risk paying a fine of 5,000-20,000 Chinese Yuan. Stiffer punishment like jail term can also be issued to defaulters. Kenyans who can work in china have been divided into 3 classes: Class A (high level talents) Class B (professional personnel) Class C (foreigners who are nontechnical or service workers hired on a temporary/seasonal basis). Applicants should ensure they confirm that they have been employed by a company in China. An official letter of invitation from your employer written on the company’s letterhead should be provided. The terms of your employment and the address of the company should be stated in the letter. Proof that your employer will not pay you below the minimum wage is required. Your employer should provide proof that there was no Chinese citizen available when you were offered this job. Original and a copy of employment permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment of China. Original and a copy of their medical examination report. Non-Kenyans should provide a copy of valid re-entry pass or resident permit. Only the single-entry work visa will be issued to applicants. Receipt of paid visa application fee should be provided.

Applicants of the Saudi work visa should ensure they have been offered employment by a reputable company in Saudi Arabia before they start the visa application process. You must provide a copy of your employment contract signed by both the sponsoring company and the work permit applicant. The position mentioned in the contract should match the position mentioned in the block visa reference, as should the applicant's skills and qualifications. This visa is issued to Kenyans who intend to stay in Israel for a limited period of time for work purposes. Eligible applicants of this visa are experts, artist, among others. This visa has to be approved by the Ministry of the Interior before it is issued to applicants. If you want to work in Peru, you will need a special visa called  “ el Carné de extranjeria ” that translates to Foreign Resident ID Card. This type of visa is required for foreign citizens traveling to Brazil for work purposes, with or without an employment relationship in the country. In the case of an employment relationship, the applicant must provide proof of a job contract. The Brazillian work visa is categorized into two; The temporary and permanent work visa. Temporary work visa: Usually, Kenyan employees will obtain a temporary work visa which will initially be issued for two years. An extension for another two years can be requested not later than 30 days before the visa's expiration. After this four-year period the company can apply for a permanent work visa. An expatriate holding a temporary visa is not allowed to change employers in Brazil without permission. Permanent work visa: A permanent work visa will usually be issued to Kenyans who are entitled to a permanent residence in Brazil. Normally this applies to professional researchers or scientists (for activities exceeding a period of two years), investors (provided the investment sum exceeds US$ 50,000 for natural persons or US$ 200,000 for companies) and manager or directors. In order to have a remunerated job in Brazil Applicants will need both a residence permit (either temporary or permanent) and a work visa ( Autorizaçao de Trabalho ). All the documents to be approved by the Brazilian authorities have to be translated into Portuguese and certificated before being submitted.  For applicants without an employment contract, proof of a job offer with a Brazilian company is required. Work visas and work permits are usually only issued to foreigners whose future employer is a registered Brazilian company Application are allowed by the Brazil ministry of labour you will have to apply for a work visa at a Brazilian embassy or consulate or consulate in Kenya.
