The work visa is issued to foreigners who have been offered employment by a Chinese company. Holding a work visa is the only legal way to work in china. Securing a work permit is the first step to obtaining a Chinese work visa(z). The Z visa is a single entry visa and its validity is at the discretion of the embassy. Holders of the Z visa should enter China within 90 days after the visa is issued and must register at a local public security bureau within 30 days of arrival. A resident permit will be issued to the holder by the  bureau as a replacement for the Z visa. The resident permit unlike the Z visa allow for multiple entry into China for a duration of 1 year. Applicants are to submit their passport with a validity of not less than 12 months from date of departure. Kenyans working without a work visa or using a different visa type to work risk paying a fine of 5,000-20,000 Chinese Yuan. Stiffer punishment like jail term can also be issued to defaulters. Kenyans who can work in china have been divided into 3 classes: Class A (high level talents) Class B (professional personnel) Class C (foreigners who are nontechnical or service workers hired on a temporary/seasonal basis). Applicants should ensure they confirm that they have been employed by a company in China. An official letter of invitation from your employer written on the company’s letterhead should be provided. The terms of your employment and the address of the company should be stated in the letter. Proof that your employer will not pay you below the minimum wage is required. Your employer should provide proof that there was no Chinese citizen available when you were offered this job. Original and a copy of employment permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment of China. Original and a copy of their medical examination report. Non-Kenyans should provide a copy of valid re-entry pass or resident permit. Only the single-entry work visa will be issued to applicants. Receipt of paid visa application fee should be provided.

Kenyans who intend to take up paid employment in Turkey are the applicants of this visa. Applicants of the visa should ensure they have been offered employment by a Turkish company before they start the visa application process. A letter from your employer in Turkey confirming your employment and the wage statements of the last 3 months. Your employer must confirm that you will not be paid below the minimum wage when you are employed in the country. Proof that there was no Turkish available to take up the job that you were offered by your employer is required. Non-Kenyans are required to provide a copy of their stay permit in Kenya. You are required to provide a document that shows you have the incentive of returning to your country. If you are below the age of 30 years, a certificate of good conduct is required.

A work visa allows Kenyans to take up paid employment in Saudi Arabia. This visa is also called an employment visa. Applicants of the Saudi work visa should ensure they have been offered employment by a reputable company in Saudi Arabia before they start the visa application process. You must provide a copy of your employment contract signed by both the sponsoring company and the work permit applicant. The position mentioned in the contract should match the position mentioned in the block visa reference, as should the applicant's skills and qualifications. A recent medical report is needed during the application of this visa. The report must be issued by a licensed physician who must sign each copy and must certify that the applicant is free of any contagious disease, especially  hepatitis A, B, and C. The license number and address of the physician should appear on each copy of the report. The medical report must be attested by the FCO, as well as a police certificate certifying the applicant has no criminal record. Your employer must confirm that you will not be paid below the minimum wage when you are employed in the country. The Saudi Arabia company offering the job must be a fully registered and operational establishment. Applicants who do not have the right qualifications/skills for the job being offered would not be issued this visa.

This visa enables Kenyans visiting Algeria to be able  take up paid employment in the country. An applicant is required to have a temporary work permit issued by the relevant authorities in charge of employment in Algeria. Work Visa Applicants must submit with their visa application an employment authorization delivered by the Algerian Ministry of Labor. The Embassy will not accept any authorization faxed or mailed separately. Applicants of this visa should ensure they confirm their employment in Algeria before initiating the visa application process. Letter from your employer confirming your employment in Algeria should be provided. The company’s address and your job description should be stated in the letter. Proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage by your employer should be provided. Proof of payment of paid visa application form is required. Foreigners in the country are expected to abide by all the rules guiding their visa. Proof that you have the incentive of returning to Kenya should be provided by applicant. A copy of the labor contract should be provided. Vaccination against yellow fever is recommended for all foreigners.

This visa is for Kenyans who intend to take up paid employment in Pakistan. Applicants of this visa should confirm that they have been offered a job in Pakistan before initiating the visa application process. A letter from your future employer in Pakistan should be provided. The company’s address and your job description should be clearly stated in the letter. The certificate of business registration of the company you will be working for should be provided. Proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage by your employer should be provided. International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever is required. Applicants who do not have the necessary qualification for the job they have been offered will not be allowed entry into the country. A document that shows that the applicant has the incentive to return to his/her country should be made available during the visa application process. If you are minor traveling without your parents or traveling with one of your parents, a notarized consent signed by both parents is required.

This visa is for Kenyans who intend to take up paid employment in Bulgaria. Applicants of this visa should confirm that they have been offered a job in Bulgaria before initiating the visa application process. Employed applicants are to posses a  work permit  cleared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Employees with above 10%  foreign workers, are not allowed to employ more foreigners   . The Bulgarian work visa has a validity period of more than 90 days. The Bulgarian work visa is a multiple entry visa.  Applicants whose qualifications do not match the requirements of the job being offered, will not be offered employment and will be denied entry.  A letter from your future employer in Bulgaria should be provided. The company’s address and your proposed job description should be clearly stated in the letter. The certificate of business registration of the company you will be working for should be provided. Proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage by your employer should be provided. A document that shows that the applicant has the incentive to return to his/her country should be made available during the visa application process. If you are minor traveling without your parents or traveling with one of your parents, a notarized consent signed by both parents is required.

This visa is issued to Kenyans who intend to stay in Israel for a limited period of time for work purposes. Eligible applicants of this visa are experts, artist, among others. This visa has to be approved by the Ministry of the Interior before it is issued to applicants. An invitation letter from your employer confirming that you have been offered employment in Israel is required. Your job description and the company’s address should be stated in the letter. A certificate of good conduct should be presented by the applicant. Applicants who have had previous convictions may not be issued this visa. Certification of medical examinations performed in hospitals recognized by the mission (the certification must cover inter alia, normal result in tests for tuberculosis, hepatitis, and AIDS) and the results of blood tests. A declaration of taking of a fingerprint and a photograph. If you want an extension to this visa, you may apply to one of the population administration offices of the Ministry of the Interior. Applicants of this visa who do not have the adequate qualification will not be granted this visa. After your visa has expired, you are required to leave the country. Non-Kenyans are required to present a copy of the residence permit in Kenya.

Kenyans applying for the Work Visa intend to take up paid employment in Azerbaijan. Applicants of this visa should ensure that they have been given employment in Azerbaijan before initiating the visa application process. A letter confirming the applicant's employment in Azerbaijan should be presented. This letter should state the position you have been employed into and the address of the company. A certificate of good conduct should be presented by the applicant as applicants who have had previous convictions may not be issued this visa. Proof from your employer in Azerbaijan that there was no citizen who was qualified for the job is needed. A document which serves as proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage in Azerbaijan should also be provided. A proof that the applicant will not be paid below the minimum wage should be submitted. This visa will not be granted to applicants who do not have the right qualification that corresponds to the job they have been offered. You are required to leave the country once your visa expires. A medical certificate showing that the applicant is medically fit and  free from all communicable disease should be submitted. . Proof of payment of visa application fee should be provided by  the applicant.

The work visa is for Kenyans who intend to take up paid work in Peru. If you want to work in Peru, you will need a special visa called  “ el Carné de extranjeria ” that translates to Foreign Resident ID Card. This visa allows you to work without having a limit to the number of days you can stay in the country. To apply for the Foreign Resident ID Card, you will need to pay an initial fee of $200 and then $20 yearly. Before applying for the Peruvian Work Visa, you must have had a contract with a company that wants to hire you in the country. The contract must be signed and approved by Peruvian Labor Ministry. You have to book an appointment with Interpol for you to take an exam. This exam will determine if you are really qualified for the job being offered. A letter of confirmation of employment contract should be submitted during the visa application process. Proof of appointment confirmation must be provided. The contract offered to applicants must be valid for a minimum of one year. Kenyans are required to present a copy of their stay permit in the country. Applicants should ensure they have been vaccinated against yellow fever.  Also, immunization against malaria is necessary. Receipt of paid visa application fee is required. Foreigners applying for this visa are required to have a clean criminal record. Previously convicted criminals may not be issued this visa.

Applicants of this visa intend to work in Iraq. Kenyans who intend to apply for this visa should ensure they have been given a contract by the Iraqi company they intend to work for. An official letter from your employer in Iraq stating that you have been offered employment should be provided. The name of the company, address of the company and your job position should be included in the letter. The applicants' employment contract should state they will not be paid below the official minimum wage of the country. Kenyans are required to present a copy of their stay permit in the country. Applicants should ensure they have been vaccinated against yellow fever. Also, immunization against malaria is necessary. Proof that you have made payment for the visa application. Foreigners applying for this visa are required to have a clean criminal record. A previously convicted criminal may not be issued this visa. A document which shows that you have the incentive of returning to your country at the expiry of your visa.

This type of visa is required for foreign citizens traveling to Brazil for work purposes, with or without an employment relationship in the country. In the case of an employment relationship, the applicant must provide proof of a job contract. The Brazillian work visa is categorized into two; The temporary and permanent work visa. Temporary work visa: Usually, Kenyan employees will obtain a temporary work visa which will initially be issued for two years. An extension for another two years can be requested not later than 30 days before the visa's expiration. After this four-year period the company can apply for a permanent work visa. An expatriate holding a temporary visa is not allowed to change employers in Brazil without permission. Permanent work visa: A permanent work visa will usually be issued to Kenyans who are entitled to a permanent residence in Brazil. Normally this applies to professional researchers or scientists (for activities exceeding a period of two years), investors (provided the investment sum exceeds US$ 50,000 for natural persons or US$ 200,000 for companies) and manager or directors. In order to have a remunerated job in Brazil Applicants will need both a residence permit (either temporary or permanent) and a work visa ( Autorizaçao de Trabalho ). All the documents to be approved by the Brazilian authorities have to be translated into Portuguese and certificated before being submitted.  For applicants without an employment contract, proof of a job offer with a Brazilian company is required. Work visas and work permits are usually only issued to foreigners whose future employer is a registered Brazilian company Application are allowed by the Brazil ministry of labour you will have to apply for a work visa at a Brazilian embassy or consulate or consulate in Kenya. Applicants employer in Brazil is to submit the work contract to Brazil's ministry of labour. Also, the original copy of your birth certificate is required.

The Work Visa is issued to foreigners who aim to take up paid employment during their time in the country. An official letter from your employer in Kuwait stating that you have been offered a job. The address of the company and your job position should be clearly stated in the letter. A Work Permit which is issued by the General Department of Immigration Affairs in Kuwait is required. If your spouse or family is accompanying you, it should be stated in the work permit. Health Certificate obtained from the local doctor certifying that the patient is in good health and free from contagious diseases. Proof that you don’t have prior convictions. Kenyans who have been previously convicted will not be issued this visa. Passport must not contain any evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel. If you are not a citizen of Kenya, a copy of your stay permit in Kenya is required. Proof of payment of visa application fee should be provided. Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up permanent residence while they are in the country.
