This visa is only issued on the grounds of meetings, consultations, negotiations, exchange programs, other events held in Estonia by intergovernmental organizations A diplomatic note from the Kenyan government  stating the purpose of your journey and the schedule of your meetings is required.  The original copy of the invitation letter from the Estonian government is required. Applicants of this visa are Heads of State, Consular officers, ministers, and African Union representatives. Travel itinerary or round trip reservation should also be submitted. Medical travel insurance that is acceptable in any Schengen state is required. If the purpose of your visit to the country is non-official, you will not be issued this visa. The visa allows Kenyans to enter the territory of Romania to apply at the Ministry of Internal Affairs – General Inspectorate for Immigration, for the extension of the right of temporary stay and for a residence permit.

The official visa of China is issued to foreigners who intend visiting China for official purposes. An official letter of invitation from the Chinese government should be provided. If the letter is signed by any other organization which is not part of the government, then the visit will not be defined as official. If the applicant is holding an ordinary passport, the type of visa that will be issued cannot be diplomatic or official. An original, signed diplomatic or official passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Algeria, with at least one blank passport page available for Algerian visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Algeria visas. Applicants are to provide two recent identical passport type photographs in color of 3.5 x 4.5, front view, and with a plain/white background.
