This visa is for government officials who are visiting Slovenia to improve the relationship between the government of Slovenia and Kenya.
A diplomatic note from the Kenyan government is required. The purpose of your journey and time of your meetings should be stated in the note.
The original copy of the invitation letter from the Slovenian government is required.
Applicants of this visa are Heads of State, Consular officers, ministers, and African Union representatives.
If the purpose of your visit to the country is non-official, you will not be issued this visa. Only Head of States is exempted from this.
If you are traveling with a minor, ensure the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is available. A copy of both parents’ passport should be made available.
Holders of this visa can attend conferences and meetings while you are in the country.
You are not allowed to take up a course of study or be paid for services you render in the country.
While in the country, diplomats cannot receive payment for the services they render.
Diplomats are required to present a valid means of identification.
This visa can only be extended in exceptional cases.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
