Business Visa from Kenya to Slovenia Description

The Slovenian business visa allows business-oriented travelers to visit Slovenia to engage in business activities in the country.
The following documents are required for the Slovenian business visa:

An original passport with at least three months validity beyond intended stay.
A signed letter of invitation from the company in Slovenia which contains the applicant’s data, the purpose of the visit, the period of intended stay and contact details of the company.
A signed letter of invitation from your current employer with your personal data, the term of employment, and purpose of visit.

To stay longer than 90 days within a 180-day period, you must apply for a temporary residency prior to entering Slovenia.
Applicants must register with the police within three days of arrival. Failure to do so will result into a fine.
Applicants who intend to attend conferences which require prior business registration should ensure they have proof of registration and the receipt for the registration fee.
If you have been in prior business dealings with the company, a proof of this is required.
Certificate of business registration of the company in Slovenia should be provided.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Passport-size photographs (35 x 45mm) taken in white background.
Travel document.
Proof of financial support.
Proof of accommodation.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.
Travel medical insurance of 30,000 euros to cover duration of entire stay.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
