Kenyans eligible for the student visa are those have the intention of studying in one of the institutions in Greece.
Before applying for this visa, ensure that you have been accepted into the school of your choice in Greece.
A letter of admission written with the school’s letterhead should be submitted during the visa application process.
Certificates and transcripts from previously attended schools should be provided.
A copy of your stay permit in Kenya should be provided if you are not a citizen of Kenya.
While studying in Greece, you are allowed to be employed part-time as long as it does not interfere with your education.
The visa may be extended to cover the length of your study.
If you are a minor traveling without your parent, a letter of consent signed by both parents should be provided. An unabridged original copy of your birth certificate is also required.
You will be punished if you are caught seeking public funds.
Receipt of paid visa application form is required.
The visa costs €75.
Student Visa from Kenya to Greece Requirements
Kenyan passport which will be valid 6 months after exiting from the country. The passport must contain two blank pages.
Duly completed visa application form. The form should carry the necessary signatures and stamps.
Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background which follows the visa application specification.
The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa. Salary payslips may be used in place of the bank statement.
A copy of the applicants travel itinerary should be submitted.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
