Business Visa from Kenya to Slovenia
- The Slovenian business visa allows business-oriented travelers to visit Slovenia to engage in business activities in the country.
- The following documents are required for the Slovenian business visa:
- An original passport with at least three months validity beyond intended stay.
- A signed letter of invitation from the company in Slovenia which contains the applicant’s data, the purpose of the visit, the period of intended stay and contact details of the company.
- A signed letter of invitation from your current employer with your personal data, the term of employment, and purpose of visit.
- To stay longer than 90 days within a 180-day period, you must apply for a temporary residency prior to entering Slovenia.
- Applicants must register with the police within three days of arrival. Failure to do so will result into a fine.
- Applicants who intend to attend conferences which require prior business registration should ensure they have proof of registration and the receipt for the registration fee.
- If you have been in prior business dealings with the company, a proof of this is required.
- Certificate of business registration of the company in Slovenia should be provided.
