- The validity of the business visa is 90 days.
- A letter from your employer confirming awareness and allowance of your business leave is required. The letter should contain the applicants' official designation, terms of employment, and the duration of the leave.
- An official letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with in Bosnia should be provided. The letter should include the official contact address, the duration of your trip, and the purpose of your visit.
- If you are self-employed, the certificate of business registration of your company and a copy of internal tax return is required.
- The party that will be responsible for the applicants’ finances in the country should be stated in the letter of invitation.
- Proof of previous business dealings between you and your partner company is required.
- Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.
- A document which shows that the applicant has the incentive of returning to Kenya should be provided.
