Work Visa from Kenya to Australia Description

Kenyans with this visa are allowed to work while they are in the country.
Applicants must have been employed by a company in Australia before they are issued this visa.
An employment letter is expected to be forwarded to the embassy by your employer.
The letter should contain the company’s address and job description and should be written on the company's letter head.
Applicants of this visa are required to get a work permit.
Proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage by your employer should be provided.
Proof that there was no Australian willing and available to take the job at the time is also required.
Kenyans without the appropriate qualification for the job will not be issued this visa.
If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required. A notarized consent signed by both the minor’s parent should also be submitted.
Proof of medical fitness should be submitted. It should show that you are free from all communicable diseases.
Kenyans are expected to abide by the rules and regulations guiding their visa.
Proof that you have the incentive of returning to Kenya should be provided.
Proof of payment of visa application fee should be submitted.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken in white background.
Travel document must be complete.
Proof of financial capability.
Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Medical insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
