Australia student visa allows students from Kenya to study in any of its institutions of learning.
Before initiating the visa application process, applicants should ensure that they have been accepted into the institution they applied to.
A letter of acceptance from the institution you applied to should be provided. The letter should contain the course enrolled for, the duration of the study, and the person taking care of the finances of the student.
Proof of part or full payment of the institution's tuition fee is to be submitted by the applicant.
Proof of financial sufficiency in form of a bank statement or any other approved means by the embassy is to be submitted by the applicant.
Certificates and transcripts gotten from previously attended schools should be provided.
Holders of this visa can work for a period of time in the country as long as it does not affect your study.
This visa can be extended to cover the period of study.
Students are expected to leave the country at the end of their program.
The unabridged original copy of minor’s birth certificate and a letter of consent by the parents should be provided during the visa application process.
Holders of this visa cannot seek public funds.
Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken in white background.
Travel document must be complete.
Proof of financial capability.
Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Medical insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
