  • An official letter of invitation from the host company should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory in the country. The full name of the applicants, passport details, and the duration and the purpose of the visit should be clearly stated in the letter.
  • The business letter provided should state whether the finances of the applicant in the country would be taken up by the host company or the sponsoring company.
  • Proof of previous business dealings between the two companies should be provided, if any.
  • Foreigners in Yemen on this visa are not allowed to receive payments for the services they render.
  • The receipt which shows that visa application has been paid in full should be provided.
  • Proof of the incentive of returning to your country is required.
  • If you are under the age of 18 years, the unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be provided. A notarized consent signed by both your parents should also be provided.
  • If you are not a Kenyan, a copy of your residence permit is required.
