The Tongan business visa is for Kenyans traveling to Tonga for the purpose of business.
Kenyans are allowed to start up a business in Tonga using the business visa.
New businesses must register for Income Tax if earning more than 7,000 Tongan Pa'anga per annum and should also register for Consumption Tax.

Original, signed Kenyan passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity
One 2 x 2'' passport-sized photograph.
Business letter from the sending company specifying the purpose of the visit in Tonga
Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds
Original business letter from the host company in Tonga explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel and guaranteeing sufficient funds.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
