Business travelers who have the intention of performing business activities in San Marino are the eligible candidates of this visa.
Travelers on this visa can freely negotiate business deals and sign contracts while in the country.
Foreigners can only set up business in the form of a limited company or corporations.
When setting up a business, the minimum capital requirement for a limited company is 25,500 euros. The minimum capital requirement for a corporation is 77,000 euros.
Both the types of companies must be registered by public deed and signed before a San Marino notary.
Kenyans can attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits in the country.
Certificate of Business Registration and a copy of Income Tax Return should be by submitted by applicant’s who are self-employed.
If you will be traveling with a minor, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate should be provided. Also, a notarized consent signed by both the minor’s parents is required.
Proof that you will be returning to your country at the expiry of your visa must be provided. For example, a return ticket.

Passport with a validity of more than 6 months beyond the period of exiting the country. The passport should have one blank page for entry and exit stamp.
Correctly completed visa application form. The form should be signed where necessary by the applicant.
Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The photographs must follow the photo specification of a visa application.
Evidence that you have the necessary means to cater for yourself in the country. This may be in the form of a bank statement from the previous three months of salary payslips.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
