This visa does not allow foreigners to take up paid or unpaid employment while they are in the country.
If you are under the age of 18 years, the original copy of your birth certificate is required. If you are traveling without supervision, a notarized consent signed by both your parents should be provided.
Traveling from Kenya to Niger and from Niger back to Kenya is not regarded as transit.
Foreigners cannot be granted an extension to this visa.
Kenyans should ensure they leave the country before the expiry of the visa.
