Business Visa from Kenya to Macedonia Description

  • Kenyans who intend to travel to Macedonia for business purposes (business meetings, conferences, trade fairs, etc.) are eligible to apply for the business visa.
  • A valid Kenyan passport with at least 3 months validity beyond the date you intend to leave Macedonia is needed for your visa application.
  • You are required to present a notarized letter of invitation from your host in Macedonia (partner company).
  • If there exist previous trade relations between your company and the partner company, such as bills of lading, payment receipts for goods delivered or such documents, you should provide these documents.
  • A business letter from your employer, written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorised officer in your company should also be presented. The letter should state your full name, your position in the company, the purpose of your travel and how long your trip should take.
  • The letter should also state the awareness of your leave and when you are expected to resume back to work as well as a guarantee that the company will cover all your travel expenses.
  • A travel medical insurance for Macedonia showing coverage for the entire duration of your stay in the country must be presented.
  • A copy of your hotel reservation for the entire duration of your stay in Macedonia should be submitted.
  • The Macedonian business visa allows a stay of up to 90 days after which you are expected to leave the country. Failure to do this could attract penalties.
