With this visa, applicants can visit the country to engage in various business activities.
During your time in the country with your business partners, you can negotiate and sign business contracts, attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits.
An invitation letter from the company you are meeting with should be provided. The letter should entail the company’s address, duration of your visit, as well as the purpose of your visit to the country.
The responsibility of applicants' expenses should be stated if it would be taken up by the employer or the partner company.
A letter from your employer stating awareness and allowance of your business leave should be provided. The letter should include the duration and purpose of your visit to Hungary.
Proof of previous business dealings with the company should be provided if any.
The certificate of business registration of the company should be provided.
You are not permitted to be paid for the services you render in the country.
Foreigners in the country with this visa cannot seek public funds.
Non-Kenyans should ensure they have a copy of their stay permit in Kenya.
Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
Kenyans are expected to exit the country at the expiration of their visa.

Kenyan passport valid for at least three months after the date of exit from the country. The passport must have at least two blank pages.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The passport should follow the photo specification of a visa application.
Bank statement from the last three months prior to the period of visa application. This serves as proof of sufficient financial means for the duration of your stay in the country.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Return flight ticket.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Proof of civil status.
