Tourist Visa from Kenya to Germany

Kenyans who intend applying for the tourist visa do so with the intention of visiting Germany for sightseeing, relaxation and recreation purposes.

This visa also allows foreigners to visit friends and relatives in the country.

Kenyans who are in the country to visit friends and relatives should provide a letter of invitation from their host. The home address and telephone number of the host should be clearly stated in the letter.

Applicants are to submit their passport which has a validity of at least six months from the proposed date of travel. copies of previous visas should also be submitted.

A travel health insurance that covers the applicants duration of stay should be submitted or its equivalent of 30,000 euros.

Applicants are to provide his travel itinerary with dates and flight numbers specifying entry and exit of applicant from Denmark.

Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should be submitted.

Proof that you have the incentive of returning to your country at the expiration of your visa should be submitted.

With the tourist visa, you are not allowed to study or work while you are in the country.

All travelers are expected to have proof that they have the incentive to return to their home country.

For Kenyans that are employed, a letter confirming your leave is required.

You are expected to abide by all the rules guiding your visa.

You cannot take up a course to study in any of the institutions of learning in the country.

Receipt of paid visa application fees should be provided during visa application.

At the expiry of your visa, you are expected to leave the country.
