Business activities that applicants can engage in include; negotiating and signing of contracts with partners.
Holders of this visa can also attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits.
An international passport with a validity of not less than 3 months to the proposed date of departure should be submitted.
Two recent passport sized photograph taken within the last 3 months should be submitted.
The Estonian business visa has a validity of 90 days.
They are mostly issued as double or multi entry visas.
An invitation letter from the host company should be presented during the visa application process. The company address and the dates of your visit should be written in details in the letter.
The responsibility of the applicants' expenses if it would be taken up by the employer or partner company should be stated in the letter of invitation.
Your current employer in Kenya should provide a letter which states that he/she is aware of your business leave is required.
Proof of previous dealings with the partner company in Estonia if any should be provided.
Original certified copy of Memorandum and Article of Association as well as Trade License document should be provided.
A copy of the Certificate of private business owner should be submitted.
Private business owner are to submit their Income Tax Return of at least 6 months.
Applicants are to provide their travel itinerary or proof of round trip reservations
Applicants are to submit a proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros.
You cannot be paid for services you render during your time in the country.
Kenyans are not allowed to seek public funds in the country.
For non-Kenyans, a copy of their stay permit in Kenya is required.
Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
At the expiry of your visa, you are expected to leave the country.
