Business Visa from Kenya to Iraq
- The Iraqi business visa enables Kenyans to engage in business activities whilst they are in Iraq.
- There are two types of Iraqi business visa:
- Single-entry visa: this visa is valid for three months.
- Multiple-entry visa: this visa is valid for six months to one year.
- A letter from your employer in Kenya addressed to the Consulate of Iraq stating the nature of the business to be conducted, as well as, the name of the company you will be conducting business with.
- An official letter of invitation from your partner company in Iraq written on the company’s letterhead and stating the purpose, and duration of the applicants' visit.
- The letter must contain the following:
- Nature of business to be performed.
- Name and address of reference to be visited.
- The letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required.
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
- If the Iraqi company is going to be responsible for your expenses in the country, it should be stated in the invitation letter.
- Certificate of business registration of the company you are visiting in Iraq.
- Medical report is required to be submitted for business visa for Iraq for the Tests of CBC, HIV, hepatitis and Vaccination of malaria.
