Business Visa from Kenya to Ecuador
- The Business Visa is for foreigners who have the intention of engaging in business activities in Ecuador.
- Kenyans who intend to sign and negotiate business contracts with their partners in the country can apply for this visa.
- Foreigners are not prohibited from attending conferences, trade fairs, and business summits while they are in the country.
- A passport that has a validity of not less than 6 months from date of departure.
- A visa application form ” Solicitud de visa de inmigrante” should be filled and submitted.
- A letter from your employer in Kenya stating awareness and allowance of business leave is required. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the name of the company, the duration, and the purpose of the business leave.
- Official letter of invitation from the applicant’s partner company in Ecuador stating the duration and the purpose of the meeting.
- If the finances of the applicant are to be taken up by the applicant’s employer or the partner company in Ecuador, it should be clearly stated in the letter of invitation.
- The Certificate of Business Registration of the Ecuadorean company is required.
- If there have been any previous business dealings between you and the company you are meeting with, proof of this is required.
- Applicants should submit a health/accident insurance that covers duration of stay.
- Proof that shows that the applicant does not have any criminal record.
- Proof that the payment of visa application has been made.
- A document which shows that you have the incentive of returning to your country is required.
- Vaccination against yellow fever is compulsory.
- All documents to be submitted to the consulate must translated to Spanish .
