- Letter from your employer in Kenya stating allowing your business travel is required. The purpose and duration of the visit should be clearly stated.
- For private business owners , a copy of their Kenyan pin certificate should be submitted along with their recent tax statement.
- Proof of previous trade relations between the companies should be provided if any.
- The certificate of business registration of the company you are meeting with in the country should be provided.
- Whether it is the employer or the partner company in the Czech Republic that is covering the applicant’s expenses, it should be stated in the letter of invitation.
- Holders of this visa are neither allowed to study nor be paid for the services they render while they are in the country.
- Minor’s should ensure they have the original copy of their birth certificate.
- If the applicant is not a Kenyan, then a copy of his/her Kenyan stay permit should be provided.
- Proof that you have the incentive of returning to your country is required.
