This visa is for business-minded travelers who are visiting the country to meet up with business partners for various business activities.
Business travelers can negotiate and sign business contracts with their partner companies in the country.
Kenyan businessmen and businesswomen can attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits in Chad.
An official letter of invitation from the host company in Chad explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel to Chad is required. The letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and the company’s contact information.
A letter from the applicant’s employer indicating the applicant’s employment status is required. This letter should clearly state the purpose of the visit, as well as, the duration of the visit.
The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Chad.
If you are self-employed, a copy of your certificate of business employment and the income tax return is required.
Proof of previous business dealings should be presented, if any.
Receipt of paid visa application form is required.
Proof that you have the incentive of returning to your country at the expiry of your visa.
Foreigners should ensure they have been vaccinated against yellow fever before they enter the country.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
