This visa is for business travelers who intend to engage in business activities in Croatia.
Businessmen and businesswomen in the country can meet up with business partners to negotiate and sign business contracts.
Holders of this visa may attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits while they are in the country.
Kenyans who plan to attend conferences in the country are required to present a proof of registration for the conference and proof of paid fees for the conference.
A copy of corporate agreements, the Kenyan firm statutes, or the volume of transactions between the Kenyan and Croatian companies concerned.
For Kenyans who are private entrepreneurs, a copy of Kenya PIN Certificate; most recent tax statement must be submitted.
Applicants are to provide a certificate of medical insurance that cover the applicants duration of stay or its equivalent of 30,000 euros.
A letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with in Croatia should be presented during the visa application process. The letter should have the company’s address, the purpose, and duration of your visit.
A letter from your employer stating awareness of your business visit to Croatia should be provided. The letter should provide information which includes your position in the company, how long you have been employed, the purpose of your visit, as well as, the duration of your visit.
Certificate of business registration of the company in Croatia is required.
If the responsibility of your expenses in the country will be taken up by your employer or the partner company, it should be stated in the letter provided.
Proof of any previous business dealings between you and the company you are meeting with should be provided if any.
Holders of the business visa are not allowed to be paid for the services they render in the country.
Kenyans in the country with this visa are not allowed to study.
Non-Kenyans are required to provide a copy of their Kenyan stay permit.
Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
The parents/legal guardians have to sign the form if the applicant is a minor.
Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken on a white background.
Travel document must be completely provided.
Proof of financial capability.
Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Medical insurance that covers the duration of stay.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Applicants are to provide a proof of the paid visa application fee.
