This visa allows Kenyans to perform business activities in Belgium.
Business meetings can be held in any part of the country with this visa.
Belgian business visa has a validity period of not more than 90 days.
Two recent passport sized photograph taken within the last 3 months should be submitted.
An international passport with a validity of not less than 3 months to the proposed date of departure should be submitted.
Applicants are to submit a proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros.

If the Belgian company is going to be responsible for your expenses in the country, it should be clearly stated in the letter.

Proof of previous business dealings with the company should be provided if any.
