Business Visa from Kenya to Greece Description

Kenyans who apply for the business visa have the intention of partaking in business activities in the country.
You are allowed to meet up with partners for meetings and to negotiate and sign business contracts.
Holders of this visa can attend trade fairs and conferences during their time in the country.
An invitation letter from your partner company in Greece should be provided. The company’s address, the purpose of your visit and the duration of your visit should be clearly stated in the letter.
If the Greek company is going to take care of your expenses during your time in the country, it should be stated in the letter.
A letter from your employer in Kenya stating awareness and allowance of your business travel for the duration of your stay in Greece.
Proof of previous dealings with the company should be provided if any.
Certificate of business registration of your business partner in Greece is required.
With this visa, you cannot take up paid employment in the country.
This visa does not allow foreigners to seek public funds in the country.
Non-Kenyans should ensure they have a copy of their stay permit.
Proof of paid visa application fee is required.
Kenyans are expected to exit the country at the expiry of their visa.

Kenyan passport which will be valid 6 months after exiting from the country. The passport must contain two blank pages.
Duly completed visa application form. The form should carry the necessary signatures and stamps.
Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background which follows the visa application specification.
The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa. Salary payslips may be used in place of the bank statement.
A copy of the applicants travel itinerary should be submitted.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Return flight ticket.
