Business Visa from Kenya to Portugal Description

This visa enables Kenyans to visit Portugal to engage in business activities.
While you are in the country with this visa, you can meet up with business partners for meetings and to negotiate and sign contracts.
You can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits while you are in the country.
Invitation letter from the company you will be visiting in Portugal should be provided. The address of the company and the dates of your visit should be stated in the letter.
If the company you are meeting with in Portugal will be responsible for your expenses while you are in the country, it should be stated in the letter.
A letter from your employer in Kenya stating awareness and allowance of your business travel for the duration of your time in the country.
If the applicant of this visa has been in business with this company before, proof of such events must be provided.
Certificate of business registration of your business partner in Portugal is required.
You cannot be gainfully employed while you are in the country with this visa.
Kenyans are expected to exit the country at the expiry of their visa.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Passport-size photographs (35 x 45mm) taken in white background.
Travel document.
Copy of return flight ticket
Proof of financial support
Proof of accommodation
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
