Tourist Visa from Kenya to Azerbaijan Description

  • Kenyans who apply for the Tourist Visa are those who intend traveling to Azerbaijan for sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation purposes.

  • Applicants of this visa can visit friends and relatives Azerbaijan.

  • Holders of this visa can also attend events and festivals taking place in the country while they are there.

  • Kenyans are not eligible to get the Azerbaijan tourist E-visa (Electronic visa).

  • A letter of invitation containing the valid home address and telephone number of your host is required if you are visiting someone in Azerbaijan.

  • All foreigners visiting Azerbaijan for more than 10 days have to register with State Migration Service of Azerbaijan and this has to be done within the first 9 days after entering the territory of Azerbaijan. 

  • Applicant of the tourist visa are to submit an official Letter of Invitation (LOI) from a travel agency licensed by Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

  • The Azerbaijan tourist visa is issued to Kenyans as a Single entry visa.

  • Kenyans who are employed will require a letter from their employer stating their awareness of the  leave. The letter should be written on the company's letterhead and should also state the applicant's job status.

  • Applicants who are under the age of 18 are to provide the original copy of their birth certificate and a written consent signed by both parents.

  • proof of financial sufficiency  that can cover the applicant's duration of stay should be provided.

  • Proof that you have the incentive of returning to your home country after your visa expires is required.

  • A receipt that confirms payment of visa application fee should be submitted by  the applicant.

  • Applicants should submit a proof of accommodation or hotel reservation that will cover their duration of stay.

  • A medical certificate which serves as a proof of medical fitness should be submitted. It should indicate that the applicant is free from all communicable diseases.

  • Kenyans travelling with this visa are prohibited from being paid for the services they render during their time in Azerbaijan.

  • Applicants are expected to abide by all the rules guiding this visa.

  • The Azerbaijan tourist visa has a validity of 30 days.

  • A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.

  • If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.

  • Three (4.5 x 3.5 cm) passport-size photographs taken in white background.

  • Duly completed and signed visa application form.

  • Travel document must be complete.

  • Copy of return flight ticket.

  • Proof of financial capability.

  • Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.
