Business Visa from Kenya to Argentina

This visa is issued to Kenyans who intend to participate in short business activities during their time in Argentina.

Applicants of these visa may negotiate and sign business contracts with their partner companies in the country.

Holders of this visa are also allowed to attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits.

The host company in Argentina must be registered with the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants (RENURE) of the National Directorate of Migration. 

Applicants are advised to make their application at least 45 days before departure date.

The visa processing time takes about 5-7 working days and has a 90 days validity.

A letter of invitation from your business partner in Argentina stating the purpose and duration of your visit to the country is to be submitted to the embassy/consulate.

A letter from your employer in Kenya confirming the duration and purpose of your trip is to be sent to the embassy/consulate. The letter should also contain the details of all businesses and persons to contact in Argentina.

Applicants who own their own businesses are to submit a copy of their certificate of business registration and last tax return.

Applicants are to provide proof of accommodation or hotel reservation for their stay in Argentina.

Applicants are advised not to make non-refundable payment pending the approval of their  application.

If your employer is to assume the moral and financial responsibility of your trip, this should be clearly stated in the letter.

Proof of previous business dealings with your host company in Argentina should be provided(if any).

Applicants are to submit proof of payment of visa application fee.

You are to provide a proof of incentive of returning to your home country at the expiration of your visa.

Kenyans are advised to get Yellow fever vaccination before leaving their country.

All the documents must be written or translated into Spanish.

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamps.

Duly completed and signed visa application form.

If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.

Three (4.5 x 3.5 cm) passport-size photographs taken on a white background.

Travel documents must be completely provided..

Proof of financial capability for the duration of stay.

Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations in Argentina.

Copy of return flight ticket to Kenya.

Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.

A police report showing that the traveler does not have a criminal record.

Medical insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.

Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.

Copy of travel itinerary.
