Official Visa from Kenya to Poland Description

This visa is for diplomats visiting Poland for diplomatic duties.
A diplomatic note from the Kenyan government is required. The note should state your status in government, as well as the duration, and purpose of your visit to the country.
An invitation letter from the Polish government is required.
Those who are eligible for this visa are Heads of States, consular officers, ministers, and African Union representatives.
If the purpose of your visit to the country is non-official you will not be issued this visa. Only Heads of States are exempt from this.
Application form of minors should be signed by both their parents. The original copy of their birth certificate should also be tendered during the visa application process.
You are permitted to attend meetings and conferences in the country.
Evidence of the purpose of the journey which includes negotiations, meetings, event by intergovernmental organizations and consultations should be presented.
Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up a course of study or be paid for services they render in the country.
Diplomats are required to present a valid means of identification at all times.

Kenyan passport which will be valid 6 months after exiting from the country.
Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Return flight ticket must be provided.
Copy of travel itinerary showing dates, time, entry and exit to the country.
A cover letter which explains the purpose of your visit to Poland.
Proof of civil status, for example; your birth or marriage certificate.
