This visa is for diplomats visiting Cyprus for diplomatic duties.
A diplomatic note from the Kenyan government is required. The note should state your status in government, as well as the duration, and purpose of your visit to the country.
An invitation letter from the Cypriot government is required.
Those who are eligible for this visa are Heads of States, Consular officers, ministers, and African Union representatives.
If the purpose of your visit to the country is non-official you will not be issued this visa. Only Heads of States are exempt from this.
Application form of minors should be signed by both their parents. The original copy of their birth certificate should be tendered during the visa application process.
You are permitted to attend meetings and conferences in the country.
Evidence on the purpose of the journey which includes negotiations, meetings, event by intergovernmental organizations and consultations should be presented.
Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up a course of study or be paid for services they render in the country.
Diplomats are required to present a valid means of identification.

Kenyan passport which will be valid 6 months after exiting from the country. It is necessary for the passport to have two blank pages and must not be older than 10 years.
Visa application form correctly completed and signed by the applicant.
Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa.
Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
Return flight ticket.
Copy of travel itinerary.
A cover letter which explains the purpose of your visit to Cyprus.
Proof of civil status.
