  • A signed letter of invitation from the company you are meeting with is required. The letter should contain your data, the duration of your visit, the purpose of your visit, and the contact details of the company.

Business Visa from Kenya to Luxembourg Requirements

  • Passport which is valid for at least three months after the planned exit date from the country. Your passport must have two blank pages.
  • One copy of a correctly filled visa application form signed by the applicant.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The passport should follow the specification for a visa application.
  • Bank statement from the last three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of a sufficient and continuous flow of funds during your time in the country.
  • Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
  • Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in Luxembourg.
  • Copy of return flight ticket.
  • Proof of civil status.
  • Copy of travel itinerary.
