Business Visa from Kenya to Lithuania

Applicants of this visa are seeking to engage in business activities in Lithuania.

While you are in the country, you meet up with your partners to negotiate and sign contracts.

Holders of this visa can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits.

A letter of invitation from the company you are meeting up with should be provided. The company’s address, the purpose of your visit and how long you will be in the country should be stated in the letter.

If the applicant’s expenses would be taken up by the employer or the business partner in Lithuania, it should be clearly stated in the letter.

A letter from your employer in Kenya stating awareness and allowance of business leave. The purpose and duration of your trip to the country should be clearly stated in the letter.

If you have had previous business dealings with the Lithuanian company, a proof of this is required.

Certificate of business registration of the Lithuanian company should be provided.

For private business owners, a copy of their Income Tax Return(ITR) form or certificate of income tax deducted from salary should be submitted.

Applicants are to submit an approved health insurance that covers their duration of stay or its equivalent of 30,000 euros.

Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation that covers applicants duration of stay should be submitted.

Holders of this visa are not permitted to be employed while they are in the country.

It is inappropriate for foreigners in the country to seek public funds.

Non-Kenyans should ensure they have a copy of their stay permit in Kenya.

Proof of paid visa application fees should be provided.

After your visa has expired, you are expected to leave the country.
