Business Visa from Kenya to Kuwait
- Business travelers are eligible applicants. Business travelers who visit the country intend to engage in business activities while they are in the country.
- Applicants of this visa can negotiate and sign business contracts with their partner companies in the country.
- Kenyans can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits whilst in Kuwait.
- Foreigners with the intention of attending conferences in Kuwait should register before leaving the country. Proof of registration is required.
- A letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Kuwait should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and addressed to “The Embassy of Kuwait, Visa Section” and signed by the senior manager.
- The letter of invitation should introduce the applicant, state the nature of the business to be conducted, and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Kuwait.
- A letter from your employer in Kenya is also required. The letter should state your job position, the term of your contract, and how long you have been employed.
- Certificate of business registration of your business partner in Tunisia is required.
- Proof of prior business dealings with the Kuwaiti company if any.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment during their time in the country.
- Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
- If you are traveling with a minor, the original copy of your birth certificate is required. It should be accompanied by a notarized letter of consent signed by both their parents.
- Passport must not contain any evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel.
