- Business travelers in Georgia are not prohibited from attending trade fairs, conferences, and business summits while they are in the country.
- Applicants of this visa attending conferences in Georgia are advised to register for the conferences before traveling. Proof of registration is required during visa application.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer confirming allowance and awareness of business leave is required. The letter should state the job position of the applicant and also state the duration and the purpose of the applicant’s visit.
- A letter of invitation, written on the company’s letterhead, from the host company is required. The letter should state the nature of the business to be carried out and the duration of the applicants' visit.
- If the host company or the sponsoring company will assume the responsibility for the applicants' finances, it should be stated in the business letter.
- If there have been previous business transactions between both companies, proof of this is required.
- A receipt that shows that visa application fee has been paid in full is required.
- Original marriage certificate and a birth certificate can serve as proof of incentive of returning to Kenya. These documents should be provided.
- If you will be traveling with an underage child, the original copy of the child’s birth certificate is required.
- Applicants of this visa should note that they cannot receive payment for the services they render in Georgia.
