  • Kenyans with this visa and their Andorran partner companies can negotiate and sign business contracts.
  • The business visa allows its holders to attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits during their stay in the country.
  • An invitation letter from stating the purpose and duration of your visit is required from your partner company.
  • The letter of invitation must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant while in Andorra.
  • A letter from your employer written on the company letterhead and stating that a leave of absence has been granted should be submitted. The purpose and duration of your trip should also be stated in the letter.
  • The Embassy may also  request for a copy of corporate agreements or the volume of transactions between the Kenyan and Andorran companies concerned.

  • Andorra is not a member of the Schengen area so access to Andorra is made through  France and Spain.

  • Kenyans travelling to Andorra must get information from either the French or Spanish embassies or consulates (depending on the country of entrance) about the need of a Schengen visa and when necessary, about the visa obtaining procedure.

  • A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.

  • Duly completed and signed visa application form.

  • If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.

  • Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken in white background.

  • Travel document must be complete.

  • Proof of financial capability.

  • Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.

  • Copy of return flight ticket.

  • Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.

  • A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.

  • Medical insurance to cover entire duration of stay.

  • Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.

  • Copy of travel itinerary
