Boathouse is a lake side self-catering one bedroom cottage with a view of Mt Kenya. Sat within the 360 acres electric fenced land of Mukima House. Very close to 5 famous wildlife conservancies for game drives and day trips. Only 15 minutes drive from Nanyuki town with shops, cafe’s and restaurants a plenty. Walks, row boats, wildlife and birds right from your doorstep. A little slice of heaven.A private bridge leads you to your own sanctuary on the Mukima Dam. The Boathouse sits on the 360 private acres of Mukima House. The Lake House also has it’s own private garden, garage and access.
You will have the Boathouse all to yourself. We do have staff on call for any emergencies or questions at the main house. They will welcome you and show you the Boathouse on arrival. This is a self-catering house.
