A 20% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
Full payment is required a minimum of 45 days prior to clients' arrival.

Proof of residency is required upon check-in
Refunds are made less bank charges

Child Policy

Young adults 12-16 years - 75% of the adult's rate IF sharing with a minimum of 02 adults.
Children 5 - 11 years 50% of adult sharing rate whilst sharing & 75% of adult rate while in own room (MIN. 2 children)
Children below 5 years First child free of Charge on full board or Game Package. The second child is to pay 50% of the adult sharing rate.
