Student Visa from Kenya to Belarus

This visa is for Kenyans with the intention to study in one of the institutions of learning in Belarus.
A letter of admission/acceptance from the school is to be submitted to the embassy.
The letter of acceptance should be written on the school’s letterhead and signed by the head of the institution.
For applicants who are below age 18, the unabridged original copy of birth certificate should be submitted. This should be accompanied by a letter of consent signed by both parents of the minor.
Kenyan students are allowed to work part-time for about 20 hours per week when school is in session and double of that when school is on break.
Applicants are to submit proof of paid visa application fee.
Certificates and transcripts gotten from previously attended schools should be submitted by applicants.
A proof of part or full payment of tuition fee is required.
A document that shows you have the incentive of returning to your country at the end of your study programme is required.
Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicants duration of study should be submitted.
This visa can be extended to cover the duration of your study.
Applicants who have been convicted before might be denied the students visa.
Applicants are advised not to make non-refundable expenses until the their visa application is granted.

Requirements:

A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
Duly completed and signed visa application form.
If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken in white background.
Travel document must be complete.
Proof of financial capability.
Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
Medical insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.
Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
Copy of travel itinerary.
