Student Visa from Kenya to Belarus

  • This visa is for Kenyans with the intention to study in one of the institutions of learning in Belarus.
  • A letter of admission/acceptance from the school is to be submitted to the embassy.
  • The letter of acceptance should be written on the school’s letterhead and signed by the head of the institution.
  • For applicants who are below age 18, the unabridged original copy of birth certificate should be submitted. This should be accompanied by a letter of consent signed by both parents of the minor.
  • Kenyan  students are allowed to work part-time for about 20 hours per week when school is in session and double of that when school is on break.
  • Applicants are to submit proof  of paid visa application fee.
  • Certificates and transcripts gotten from previously attended schools should be submitted by applicants.
  • A proof of part or full payment of tuition fee is required.
  • A document that shows you have the incentive of returning to your country at the end of your study programme is required.
  • Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicants duration of study should be submitted. 
  • This visa can be extended to cover the duration of your study.
  • Applicants who have been convicted before might be denied the students visa.
  • Applicants are advised not to make non-refundable expenses until the their visa application is granted.

Requirements:
  • A Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.

  • Duly completed and signed visa application form.

  • If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.

  • Three passport-size photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken in white background.

  • Travel document must be complete.

  • Proof of financial capability.

  • Proof of accommodation/hotel reservations.

  • Copy of return flight ticket.

  • Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country.

  • A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.

  • Medical insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.

  • Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.

  • Copy of travel itinerary.
