Work Visa from Kenya to Algeria
- This visa enables Kenyans visiting Algeria to be able take up paid employment in the country.
- An applicant is required to have a temporary work permit issued by the relevant authorities in charge of employment in Algeria.
- Work Visa Applicants must submit with their visa application an employment authorization delivered by the Algerian Ministry of Labor. The Embassy will not accept any authorization faxed or mailed separately.
- Applicants of this visa should ensure they confirm their employment in Algeria before initiating the visa application process.
- Letter from your employer confirming your employment in Algeria should be provided.
- The company’s address and your job description should be stated in the letter.
- Proof that you will not be paid below the minimum wage by your employer should be provided.
- Proof of payment of paid visa application form is required.
- Foreigners in the country are expected to abide by all the rules guiding their visa.
- Proof that you have the incentive of returning to Kenya should be provided by applicant.
- A copy of the labor contract should be provided.
- Vaccination against yellow fever is recommended for all foreigners.
