Business Visa from Kenya to Iceland

The Iceland business visa allows business travelers to engage in business activities of their choice in the country.
Business travelers can meet up with partners to negotiate and sign business contracts.
Businessmen and businesswomen can attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits during their time in the country.
An invitation letter from the company you are meeting up with should be provided. The letter should have the company’s address, the duration of your visit, as well as the purpose of your visit to the country.
Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay in the Schengen zone, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation
A letter from your employer stating awareness and allowance of your business leave should be provided. The letter should include the duration and purpose of your visit to Iceland.
If you have had previous business dealings with the company in Iceland, proof of this required.
Business bank statement of the latest 6 months must be provided.
Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint stock companies) Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents must be provided.

Requirements:

Fully completed and signed visa application form
Two recently taken passport-size photographs (4.5x 3.5cm), both taken within the last three months.
A valid Kenyan passport not older than 7 years, with at least six months validity beyond the date you plan to leave Sweden.
A travel insurance policy with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros, for the whole Schengen territory, in case of any medical emergency such as illnesses, accidents and even repatriation in case of death.
Proof of accommodation.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Documentation showing applicant’s ties to home country, e.g. verification from applicant’s employer.
A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
